Iskander Aliyev was born on December 19, 1959 in Yevlakh city in an intellectual family. After graduating from school, in 1986, he graduated from the economics department of UNEC, and in 1999, he graduated from the law department of BSU. For many years he üorked as a manager in tax system, also as a director at some production facilities. He has been appointed as Chairman of “Karadag glass factory” OJSC at february 28, 2023 The area of interest includes the organization of production, the applying of scientific and technical innovations and the training of specialists.
